研究概述

近年来,蓬勃涌现的高通量数据采集方法(如大规模电生理记录、多脑区钙成像、脑神经连接组等)将神经学引入了一个大数据的时代。随着海量数据的采集成为可能,随之而来的是在数据分析和结论归纳上的全新挑战。我的团队将致力于运用数据科学和机器学习的前沿手段,来应对各种亟待解决的神经学大数据问题。通过和脑中心其他实验室的紧密合作,我们将开发一系列针对不同数据集种类(包括并不限于高通量神经电生理数据和长期、多个体的行为记录数据)的处理平台。我们将汲取深度学习、概率建模(probabilistic modeling)、机器视觉、图神经网络和强化学习领域的先进算法来构建适合神经学大数据的分析方法。
